However, the town of Mountlake Terrace rezoned their town center district 5 years ago and I was the first architect to design a major project under the new zoning code.

I performed the services of completing a site feasibility study, a site design, the building design, and getting the project approved by the planning department. Under my careful code research and creative design, this building was approved without a single revision of any kind.

The owner of the building had hoped to get "at least 60 residential units” and by very careful and creative design, I was able to get 123 residential units, vastly improving the value of the property and its rental income.
