Studies Revealed the Food Ingredients that can Cause Inflammation

“Overconsumption of omega-6 fatty acids can encourage the body to create pro-inflammatory chemicals. People should avoid consuming oils such as mayonnaise, vegetable, safflower, sunflower, corn, soy, grapeseed and peanuts,” added O’Sullivan.

According to Scientific American, white rice, white flour products and other processed carbohydrates can encourage the production of AGE or advanced glycation end, which stimulates inflammation. These ingredients should be avoided by arthritis patients.
