About the Owner

Nashaunda is an LPN who started from the bottom and worked her way up. She worked hard to save for her business venture but became ill three months before receiving her contract in the mail and had to go through emergency surgery. Inspired by the care received at St. Lukes Hospital on the Plaza,  she began to work even harder to get her health back in order to support her family at home and started Life Changes Home Care LLC with only one office staff. Her company has managed to complete two years as a consumer-directed service provider without losing any clients or any complaints.
