Argosy Transfer Students Must Be Accepted and Scheduled to Start May 2019

ALHAMBRA, CA - March 18, 2019 - California Institute of Advanced Management (CiAM), one of the leading experiential-learning based education institutions in the world, has announced that it will discount their tuition by 100% for all graduating MBA students who are taking their last course and 50% off all tuition for all other graduate level transfer students from Argosy University. From now until May 2019, all students who wish to transfer from Argosy University into CiAM’s MBA program will automatically receive the deeply discounted tuition rate.

In efforts to help all Argosy University students impacted by the sudden closure of the for-profit university, CiAM has also agreed to transfer in all equivalent Argosy University graduate business program credits in which at least a "C" or higher was earned, according to the school’s published transfer requirements.

In order to qualify for the no cost tuition rate, transfer students must be enrolled and active in their last scheduled MBA course at Argosy University. All other students transferring from Argosy to CiAM will receive a 50% tuition reduction. In addition, students must complete the admissions process and be scheduled to start in CiAM’s next term starting in May 2019. Students must act quickly if they wish to avoid any delays in their education, please contact the school’s admissions counselors at (626) 350-1500 for full details.

“The situation with Argosy students being displaced as a result of the university shutdown is such a tragic event,” said Dr. Eric McLaughlin, Vice President and Chief Academic Officer of CiAM. “We realize that a transition is potentially a challenge, so we would like to offer as much help as we can to all Argosy students. Rest assured we will do everything possible to help you achieve your academic goals.”

CiAM is a nonprofit, regionally accredited institution located in Alhambra, CA – less than 35 miles away from both Argosy University’s Los Angeles and Inland Empire campuses. Founded in 2011, CiAM is Southern California's leading hands-on business graduate school, and was named the Best MBA Program of the San Gabriel Valley according to Reader's Choice Awards.
