Six UI/UX early career professionals make up the first class at Solve.Care Academy 2-month course for designers.

(US, Delaware – Apr. 5) — On April 2, Solve.Care, a global healthcare blockchain company, launched the first class of Solve.Care Academy for UI/UX designers.

Six students began the intensive course, where they will advance their skills in UI/UX and product design. Under the guide of a highly experienced trainer, they will master the techniques every UX specialist should know to implement and develop complex projects. The top three graduates will receive job offers at Solve.Care and the chance to implement their knowledge on real projects.

The first class is made up of six talented women, who were the strongest applicants of a highly competent group. Having an all-female class is unusual in the IT sphere. But, as a results-oriented company, Solve.Care chooses only the most qualified candidates and remains committed to improving diversity in the workplace.

Solve.Care Academy offers a two-month intense training that will help the young designers upgrade the necessary skills for working in the healthcare blockchain industry. The Academy also offers courses in React Native, DevOps, UX design, Sales, and Business development, among others.

Design is the second direction Solve.Care Academy has launched. The first students graduated from the React Native course early this year. After successful passing final exams and interview, four young developers started working at Solve.Care full-time as Junior React Native Developers. As one of them stated:

“It was one of the greatest opportunities of my life! We have been working for two months and have improved our knowledge and skills in coding to an unbelievable level. The job offer from Solve.Care is everything I could ever have dreamed of. The 2-month bootcamp gave me more than my university ever taught me in the last 4 years.”
