StartupBash Bangladesh Presents Global Entrepreneurship Week

StartUpBash will present Global Entrepreneurship Week taking place at EMK Center, American Club, BASIS and Newscred here in Dhaka on November 18th to 24th, and featuring US Ambassador to Bangladesh Dan Mozena, Toby Glucksman, Radiya Rashid, Bijon, Ejaj Ahmed, Jerry, Mirva Tuulia Moilanen and many more. 

The main aim of this event is to create a bridge between the investors and entrepreneurs in order to boost their startups. Elements of this program will include working with business models, portraying stories of successful entrepreneurs, solving different problems that are faced and most importantly achieving success through the use of technology. Global Entrepreneurship Week is observed worldwide yearly and since its start, approximately 10 million people from around 125 countries took part in various programmes of GEW. This is the first time such event is being initiated here in Bangladesh 

According to Fayaz Taher, who is one of the lead organizer of “StartupBash”, he states that “At present, entrepreneurs globally are not only creating jobs, but also working to solve social issues as well and our goal is to drive the young entrepreneurs in Bangladesh to formulate new and innovative ideas and lead them to create more jobs for the national economy and solve social problems as well.”
