3P Stretch does another expansion

Despite recent economic downturns and market turbulence 3P Gulf Group have done yet another expansion to its current Stretch film capacity at the end of Q2, 2009 in its Jeddah plant.
“Continuous demand for our products in the packaging industry has prompted us to supplement our existing capacity of stretch film to 50,000 MT / annum, Ali Hashim the Vice Chairman & CEO of 3P Gulf Group said. This capacity expansion will be continuous as we have visualized vertical growth in the market demand especially in Europe. Therefore the Group have plans to further increase the current capacity to 120,000 MT towards the start of year 2010. " Ali Hashim opined further.

3P Gulf Group is the largest plastic converter in the middle-east with several plants in the region where it specializes in producing stretch films, shrink films, PET preforms, plastic closures, lami tubes, disposables, PE / PVC pipes and fittings by using the strength of competing advantage of petro chemical viability in the middle-east to lead the down-stream business chain.
