The Author of this booklet was born in a small village in Botswana where she spent her childhood in the African environment and from these experiences gained an insight which has stayed with her throughout her life.

When the Author found herself in the "Recession Zone" after her husband lost his job she became very stressed. It was then that she decided to sit down and write about all the positive things she could do in this situation. The first positive thing she did was to write this booklet and then without help following step by step instructions created her website. This booklet looks at the recession in a very different and helpful way and allows you to share the thoughts of the Author

The booklet is unique in that it walks one through the actual daily struggle of dealing with the “personal”
side of job loss and financial hardship, it helps you to draw strength from your inner self and gives
suggestions of coping mechanisms - in fact as you go through the pages it is much like having a one on one chat with your Grandmother. The booklet covers suggestions of how to cope on a “personal level” with the recession Emotionally, Physically, Practically etc.
Well worth a read!
