London -- After the busy December London party season, people are looking to start the New Year with the traditional New Year's resolutions. These can consist of joining the gym, quitting smoking and giving up alcohol.

Following recent research there is now more incentive than ever to stick to your new year's resolutions, the national charity The British Liver Trust has launched a campaign to encourage people to stop drinking in January.

'Love Your Liver' awareness campaign. The trust's chief executive, Andrew Langford, said: "It's not about a quick fix in January, to repair the liver and keep it healthy, people need to follow our three-step plan all-year round: 1) Take two to three days off alcohol every week; 2) get regular exercise; 3) cut down on sugar and fat."

Annie Parkinson, Mana Events Director commented "As many people return to work with a range of New Year's resolutions, now is the best time to talk to your London Venue Finder to book next year's Christmas party while it's still fresh in your mind. Why not ask for some feedback from your colleagues on what they thought of the venue and party, and resolve to make the next event even better."
