Mgallantphoto.com, the official website of Seattle based professional photographer Matthew Gallant has recently unveiled new galleries showcasing the photographer’s recent works. The series titled as Clouded and Stereograms comprises of some architecture and photos of the skies. Referring to the Clouded series Matthew states, “Embraced by the seasoned, shunned by the rest, notorious are the Pacific Northwest skies.”

The photographer further adds, “In this series, I seek to express a textural landscape of the region’s unique nephology. From an almost indistinguishable haze to slivers of golden light, the cascades deserve a dynamic treatment beyond the often described gray skies.” Altogether, there were nine photos that were being displayed under the Clouded series.

In the Stereograms series, Matthew has included some images of indoor architecture that are displayed for view in CrossView and Parallel View. Visitors of the website easily navigate through the images by using the left and right arrows of the keyboard. According to the information provided in the website, CrossView is one of the simplest ways to see 3D photos. Viewers do not need any fancy glasses or hardware but just simply cross their eyes until the two images overlap. The Parallel View is the guaranteed path to view 3D photos without any training. A variety of technologies can be used such as Oculus Rift, prism glasses or Loreo Lite Viewer.
