The Casual Cat Café is Coming Soon in DWF

John and Cindy, a Texas couple, has announced that they will be starting The Casual Cat Café & Lounge in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. The start-up will offer local food, beverages and cat themed items for visitors and will also give them cuddle time with adoptable cats. In order to achieve this adorable goal, both John and Cindy are seeking public support by raising funds on Kickstarter with a goal to raise $25,000 by Wednesday May 17, 2017.

“Our mission is to help homeless cats and kittens find their loving forever homes in a comfortable and stress-free environment.” Said Cindy, the co-founder of The Casual Cat Café. “Our café plans to offer customers the unique experience of a lazy afternoon at home with tasty food and beverages and a sweet fluffy cat companion at your side.” She added. According to Cindy, the cafe will have two distinct portions of its business including a cafe and a cat lounge. Both John and Cindy have been fostering and rescuing cats since 2008 and they have helped over a hundred cats in finding their new homes.

The café portion will offer tasty food and beverage selections and will also offer many cat accessories and cat themed items such as clothing, accessories, and locally sourced art and crafts for sale. The cat lounge will be a relaxing atmosphere where visitors can sit and play with cats that are also available for adoption.

All funds raised through this Kickstarter campaign will help the inspiring couple in making this café a reality and opening it for everyone to come, dine and hangout with cats.
