These practices can be done alone and also with the dearest people in your life. It is a Practical Book that will act as a learning platform to Cultivate Aware Leadership. For Personal or Organizational Transformation, these practices can be life changing and deeply impactful.

Jane Allen, Heidi Gutekunst and Bill Torbert are the creators of this amazing handbook and they are now seeking community support on the crowdfunding platform of Indiegogo.
