Kidding Around Yoga launches their first all-Spanish yoga teacher training

Two-day yoga teacher training course offers age appropriate lessons to individuals who work with or have children

May 10, 2019; Orlando, FL – Kidding Around Yoga has launched their first ever all-Spanish yoga teacher training course in the United States. The two-day yoga training session will take place at Orlando’s Elevate Yoga Center on Saturday, June 15 and Sunday, June 16, and aims to teach learners how to instruct yoga, meditation and mindfulness to children.

The two-day training will be conducted by trainer Mandy Lawson, who is based in Costa Rica and has offered this training in Spanish all over Central and South America, but this is the first time th in the Spanish language in the United States. Learners will be able to gain knowledge thanks to her 15-plus years of experience teaching yoga. Kidding Around Yoga provides training for parents and those who work with children, even those with little or no experience in yoga.

Participants will take part in a two-part training that includes an online and face-to-face component. The online course allows users to prepare for the intensive face-to-face course and learn the Kidding Around Yoga methodology. After trainees complete the training session, they will receive their certification courtesy of the company.

Kidding Around Yoga makes its large library of learning material available to all who take part in the yoga teacher training course. Graduates are integrated into the tight-knit Kidding Around Yoga family through an invitation-only teacher’s forum and receive invitations to the company's Licensee Program. Trainees will then be able to use their knowledge to teach yoga to young learners all over the world.

Those looking to further their study of meditation, mindfulness and stress management for children are also invited to attend an advanced course at Cabuya Lodge in Costa Rica or in Tampa, Florida to earn their 95 hour teaching certificate. Advanced training with KAY is also available in Spanish for the very first time in June, 2020.

Kidding Around Yoga has been designed as a fun and imaginative way to introduce children to yoga and healthy living through mindfulness practices. Founded by Haris Lender, Kidding Around Yoga offers trainings around the world, and now for the very first time in Spanish in the USA.
