FASHION SHOW TO PROMOTE COLLABORATION IN BAY RIDGE, BROOKLYN

On Sat March 14th 2020, Ogo Ekweozor- Holley designer and owner of OGONEWYORK, a womenswear boutique Located in Bay Ridge, will host it’s first ever Brooklyn Fashion Night SS20. The event will be hosted at the Best Western Gregory hotel, 8315 fourth avenue, Brooklyn at 6pm.

The event is a joint collaboration with local businesses within the Bay Ridge community. The night will include a fashion runway that will showcase kids and womenswear brands from various boutiques in Bay Ridge. The runway will include Muslim (hijab wearing ) models alongside non Muslim models to reflect Bay Ridge’s growing Muslim community.

Attendees will enjoy live music, pop up shops, drinks, refreshments and more.

The vision of Brooklyn Fashion Night is to create a fun environment that encourages integration and collaboration amongst diverse families, people groups and businesses in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn.

Twenty five percent of the proceeds will be donated to grandmas love Inc, a Brooklyn based non profit that strives to mobilize communities, individuals and resources to provide food on weekends for elementary school children and their families.
