Hitiled debuted its latest LED screen of pixel pitch of 0.9mm

Housed in Hitiled's 54-inch cabinet, the 0.9mm screen allows for a 720p resolution in a single LED cabinet. The company plans to begin production on the 0.9mm screen soon.

The company also showed its flagship TW1.2 as part of an 8K centerpiece in its booth, along with a triangle LED tower featuring all three of Hitiled’s staple small-pixel-pitch products in 1.6mm, 1.9mm, and 2.5mm configurations. Each face of the triangle consisted of a 6-feet wide by 16-feet high wall featuring a different pixel pitch on each side.

Hitiled also displayed a new 108-inch, 1.2mm LED display with a passive stereoscopic glass filter, creating a 3D experience without the need for glasses, as well as the company's new line of 3.9mm and 10mm rental products.

The pitch of a LED screen defines the distance between the pixels. Small Pitch LED Display refers to the pixel pitch of LED Display which is below 2.5mm, including P2.5, P2.0, P1.8, P1.5 P 1.2, P 1, P 0.7etc.With the development of LED display, it has been defined the pixel pitch below 2mm as the small pitch LED Display.

Ever since Taiwan’s major LED manufacturer Everlight Electronics and China’s Hitiled introduced small pitch LED displays in 2009, the mainstream pixel pitch of such products has decreased by 50% from 2.5 mm to 1.2 mm. Now, new applications are even aimed at a pixel pitch of only 0.7 mm, which presents a great challenge to the manufacturer of Hitiled display.
