One Woman, Many Skills, Experiences and Roles. Meet Brittny Perkins, Head of Daulat’s QSR Division
Few people have had as many lives as Britney Perkins during her 15 years in the restaurant industry. First, she was a server. Then a bartender. Then a restaurant manager. Then a marketing director. Then an HR head responsible for hiring and training new employees. And there were a few roles in between all of those.
In other words, she’s the perfect person to serve as the Director of the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) division of Daulat, says company CEO, Rick Mirza.
“Brittney is like a one-woman business team. She’s seen it and done it all. So, she can walk into any location and in minutes, size up how well things are going, or not, and what needs to be improved,” said Mirza.
“We don’t recreate the wheel with our franchises” Perkins said. “My job is to make sure the locations are operating according to the franchise requirements,” she said.
“Look, the restaurant industry is tough. But as long as you train people properly, incentivize them, and follow processes and procedures, you will be successful,” said Perkins
Another area where Perkins’ broad expertise is invaluable is in helping Daulat identify new regions into which to expand their QSR Private Equity footprint.
Brittney is looking forward to helping Daulat expand their QSR footprint. She resides in Brentwood, California, where she enjoys (hiking, camping and enjoying California outdoors with her three children.
