Study Finds Resveratrol Helpful Against Type 2 Diabetes

At the end of the study, it was found that the resveratrol group experienced a significant reduction in systolic blood pressure, fasting blood glucose, hemoglobin, and insulin resistance. The researchers also noted that the HDL significantly increased.

The placebo group, on the other hand, experienced a slight increase in fasting glucose and LDL. Neither of the groups also experienced adverse effects.
