Geodis Wilson wanted to demonstrate its commitment to reducing its carbon emissions to its staff and stakeholders. Geodis Wilson also wanted to ensure compliance with current and forthcoming environmental legislation that would potentially impose risks to the business, such as the Carbon Reduction Commitment.

This forward-thinking company looked to Envido to provide an integrated energy and carbon reduction solution to help them on their journey to carbon neutrality.

What We Will Do for Geodis Wilson

In working with Envido, Geodis Wilson will have a comprehensive carbon reduction plan for their head office site near Heathrow, with a view to rolling out the plan across all 14 of their UK sites.

The initial focus is to reduce energy costs and consumption within the facility at Heathrow. Envido will conduct an invasive Energy Survey at Geodis Wilson’s Heathrow site to identify opportunities to make savings, what is required to realize those savings, and how long it will take to payback on any investment required.

In addition, our team of experts will identify any risk imposed on the business by forthcoming environmental legislation and recommend cost-effective measures to be taken to mitigate this risk.
